Snowflake card by Joan

Saturday, November 9, 2013
This is another card that I have done using the die cut and also the negative image.  After cutting out the snow flakes, I embossed the card stock with Nellie's Holly Embossing Folder.  This way, the embossing wasn't flattened.   The snowflakes have no place to put the dimensional popup and not be seen as I needed to use 3 to get the height I wanted.  So after the snowflake were popped up. I added some of the  Snow Paste 91211 by Marianne to cover them up.  Blue card stock was placed on the back side for color and the Joy Snowflake border was added to the bottom.  This was a very quick and easy card to do.

Products Used on this Card:
Small Snowflake - DIE100-F - Impression Obsession
Snowflake - DIE024-X - Impression Obsession
Ice Crystal Edge - 60022021 - Joy Craft
Snow Paste-  91211 - Marianne
Holly Embossing Folder -  CTFD3074 -Nellie Snellen

Just a BEAUTIFUL card Joan, and one can not beat, Quick and Easy!! Lovely card!!!

I am off to get out of the house for a few hours, taking a class down at our local store, not to learn anything but to get my butt out of the house for a few hours, have a bad headache from this sinus infection, but I think change of atmosphere may help more than hurt!!!
Thanks for the inspiration of your gorgeous card, hope to make a card for your challenge when I get home!! I am hearing we may actually get some snow this coming week already!!! That should put me in the Xmas spirit for sure!!
Hugs to you, and hope you have a wonderful weekend.
