Merry Christmas to you and your families. May the spirit of Christmas fill our hearts all year long.
Our family gathered Christmas Eve (about 2 PM) and what a joyous time we had. 15 children and 8 adults celebrated the birth of our Savior...just being together is a true joy. The children (mostly under 7) were so excited with their gifts and we adults are still like little children when it comes time to open gifts (they say I am the worse). I love Christmas and all the hustle and bustle it brings. When I was a child I would wake our family up at 2 AM to open gifts, much to every one's dismay. I did "grow up" when our daughter was little, because I realized 2:00 AM made for grumpy people. But, I love everything about Christmas and especially the promise it gives us. I hope your families enjoy the celebration and the day is a blessing for everyone!
