Happy Birthday Mom!

Wednesday, December 19, 2012

My Mom, Ruby Salyer would have been 98 years old today. We sure do miss her.
She was a wonderful woman who taught us many things. She loved her family very much and was a tower of strength to us.  She loved Christmas and as a family we always
celebrated Christ's birth.  Happy Birthday Mom!!!

My mom would had been the same age, and she too enjoyed Christmas and reminded us of the true celebration of CHRISTmas. Merry Christmas...so glad I found your blog several months ago and will continue to enjoy in the coming New Year.

A truly blessed birthday wish to Ruby! I am so happy to have been able to meet this amazing & wonderful lady! The short time we did spend together I will cherish forever! She is truly missed! But we are doubly blessed because her kindness and goodness continues on through you Joan! You are certainly your mother's daughter and she will always live through you! Merry Christmas and God Bless You my friend!!

My Mom at 94 went to be with Jesus, her Savior and Lord of her life, in July of 2000. What wonderful memories we have!

May the Lord give you peace now as you remember your wonderful Mom.

My mother would be 98 also, and certainly Christmastime is one of many joys of remembering how special she made Christmas always. What a lovely tribute to Ruby and to our Angels watching us today.

I was so happy to see this Joan, it gave me a smile cause it was my daddy's birthday. I know how you feel and even as the years will pass the love we have for our parents never dims. I know how special your mom was to you and your family and I say a prayer for all of you at Christmas and through out the year.
