This Week's Challenge

Selma has created this gorgeous card using the new Marvelous Squares by Spellbinders. You can read all about her card by clicking here!
Here is what you need to do for Joan's Gardens Weekly Challenge #37
    • Create a card with three narrow strips
    • Use a square
    • Use only black and white
    • Use some polka dots
    • Use flowers

You will have until next Thursday (October 18) morning 6:00 AM EST to link your project. You can enter more than once. A winner will be chosen from the Random Drawing for week #37. The winner of challenge and will be announced Friday October 19. This winner will win a Memory Box Stamp. The winner will also be entered in the end of the year $100 gift certificate drawing.
Below are the guidelines:
1. You must have a blog or post to the SCS gallery.
2. Post your challenge card to your blog. 3. Or if you are posting to the SCS gallery, you will need to use a special code to tag your card to the challenge. This week's code is joansgardens, JG1011 and needs to be posted with the challenge. Please enter both on the same line with a comma between as I have shown. 4. Link your card/project to the Blue Inlinkz icon listed at the bottom of the challenge.

Hello Joan,

In this weeks challenge you have stated to use 2 narrow strips but noticed on Selma's cards there are 3, is this an error on your part or do we actually use just 2 narrow strips?

Hi Joan & Selma - first of all, I really like your card Selma - you did a wonderful job on it - and Joan thanks for the black and white challenge - gets me thinking and I do like the colors black & white - it was fun making my card today for your challenge. Have a great workshop - I am so jealous! I wish I could be there - maybe next time and tell my friends I said HI! I will miss them!
