Praying for everyone in Sandy's Path

Please know we are praying for all of you that are in Sandy's Storm Path.  Indiana is slightly affected by the winds, but nothing like our friends east of us are experiencing.    I pray for safety for all of you and that God be glorified through all of this.  Please leave a comment if you are okay and still have power.

I second this sentiment ... thanks Joan! VERY windy & rainy here in NE Ohio. Things have been tossed around a bit, but we still have our power on and are staying indoors ... safe & sound. I figure it's a good time to craft ... you'll find me in my cave!
God Bless You All and Keep You Safe!

Okay here near Valley Forge, PA. No sure how we made it through with little to no damage, but we did. More worried about my kids. One is Northern NJ and they other is sitting on the Delaware River. They have had a rough couple days. Thanks for prayers. Everyone be safe.

We are good here in Dover, DE. Never lost power, lucky us. My son and family are cold in eastern MA with no power since diner last night. May God wrap his loving arms around them and keep them warm and safe.

Thanks for your wonderful thoughts. For the first time we kept power. I moved all my favorite pieces of furniture out of harms way. Time was spent making cards using the things I ordered from you recently. I pray for all those that were not so lucky and pray we never go through this again.

I am in Northeastern corner of Maryland. We were to get a direct hit at 11 pm but it made landfall around 8 a little further north. The winds have been unbelievable. Rain heavy (12" in a day.) We had power, daughter didn't. But we are all OK, thanks be to God. Our prayers go to those in NJ and NY and parts north. They are really suffering.

Hello! Thanks for the prayers and concern. We are in the mountains, down in a valley in Gardners, PA. Electric off and on all day yesterday. Internet down from yesterday afternoon, just got it back a little while ago. Heavy rain and strong winds, but little damage. We only have a few limbs down here. Today it's still raining and gusts of wind from time to time. Our kids in Mechanicsburg and Enola are safe, too. News said we will still be feeling some of this through Thursday. We feel very lucky and I'm praying for those who have much more damage than us. Watching the news is heart retching. Hugs and Blessings to all the victims of this devastating storm!

It is truly a nightmare for so many. My thoughts, as yours are with all those who are going through such trauma. Hope you are doing well! Best, Curt

I am about 12 miles inland from Boston Harbor and am safe and obviously have power. Most of the problems in my area were caused by downed trees. I want to commend the planning and emergency workers in this area.
While I will grant that we had plenty of warning since the storm was so slow moving the services in MA have been better than I can ever remember and I am OLD.
Prayers for all those coping with major damage and the results of the sea water.
