My Granddaughter is graduating from college this weekend, so I wanted to make her a special card.
She loves vintage and she will love the vintage lady.
Selma has also created a gorgeous card using the vintage lady stamp. You can see it by clicking here! Isn't if fun to see the different things you can do with a stamp?
white Neenah Paper. Once the ink dried, Brushed Cordoroy was blended over the stamped image giving it an vintage look.
The Victorian Lady rubber stamp was inked in different colors again using those Distressed Ink Marker (love those things) and then stamped on LaBlanch Speciality Stamping Paper giving it a water color look.
The flowers were made using the Cuties 3 and inked with the Maroon Distressed Ink marker. Feathers were added to the hat.

Love your card, I'll be getting mine up soon. And it's not the right colors, but then I had it done before the challenge.
Great card Joan - your GD will love it! Congratulations to your GD on her graduation! I did the challenge - you have me on a roll - the feather stumped me - but I found at least ONE feather. :) Have a great week! ~ Gail ~
Joan, your card is beautiful. Ans Selma always inspires. I almost checked to see if a dove or quail had left a feather in our back yard, but I found a bright red one in the depths of my odds and ends!
