Birthday Card

Monday, January 2, 2012
I hope you all  have a blessed New Year!  It is hard to believe that 2012 is here already.  2011 had some ups and downs for our family with the death of my Mom, but we have truly been blessed with all of you.  We again thank you for your business and your friendship.

I did take time yesterday to make my granddaughter's birthday card so I could get it in the mail today.
Well, guess what....there wasn't any mail today.  I know she is going to love it and I hope you enjoy seeing it too.

Happy Birthday Kara

Gorgeous card, Joan! I'm sure your GD will love it! Sorry about the crash. The same thing happened to me with my laptop this fall! It's so difficult getting back to normal, no matter how much you have backed up! Hope everything works itself out soon! Happy New Year!

Joan, the card is beautiful and I'm sure your granddaughter will love it! If more people don't start using the USPS instead of online e-cards and paying bills we might have a lot more days with no mail delivery.
Sorry to hear of your computer problems. I, too, just had to get a new computer and was seriously dreading changing to Windows 7! Now that I have it I like it a lot better than Windows XP! Sometimes change is good!
Happy 2012! Hugs!!

This is absolutely beautiful!!! One of my life's pleasures is to look out a window and see a red cardinal. I'd like to see it in snow, but it doesnt snow here that often.
I'm sorry to read about your computer woes and I send you good luck and a prayer for a speedy"recovery"!

I always love it when you find time to design. This card is fantastic. I love how you combined that scenic outdoors stamp with the tree outside the window die. The red pearls on the tree was a fabulous idea. Gorgeous card Joan. Kara will love it.
