Tim Holtz and Joan
First. I was fortunate to be able to take a 3 hour class with Tim and I learned lots of new things using the Melting Pot. Once I get home I will take some pictures of the projects we completed.
After the class was over, Tim did demos in Rangers booth of lots of new products. I have spent lots of time watching him both Tuesday and Wednesday. He is so very good at what he does and takes crafting to the next level for me. Cathy is so good at being my camera gal and so patient letting me stand and watch the different demos.
Becca and Joan
One person I really wanted to meet this week was Becca. I admire her so much and love her work.
I was standing and talking to Diane from Capadia Designs whom I was also anxious to meet and Becca said to me "are you Joan". I was so thrilled and she is just as sweet in person as she is
Cathy took lots of pictures of things that really jumped out at us. Keep in mind that all the things show are covered with Designer paper which is just amazing.
The Kaiser booth - made with a new paper line which will be out this fall.
Graphic 45's new Premier line. New boxes with an accordian chip board piece inside shown below.
This area was all made with their new fantastic Christmas line. Graphic 45's booth is awesome

LaBlanche Stamps - more on this later
We have a 2 foot square bag and it is about 2 feet tall and this is what it looked like at the end of the day. Full and heavy and our backs and feet are very tired. The hotel we stayed at this year has a shuttle that takes us to the convention center and to the nearby resturants. We haven't had to move our car at all this week which has been so nice because the parking cost in Chicago is very high.
It has been a great week. Jon is driving in this afternoon to pick me up. I think he misses me.
We will try and get some good pictures today so I can show you more of the excitement.
