I am very happy to announce the winner of Joan's Gardens last week Tag Challenge is Angelica Turner. Be sure to see her gorgeous and well deserving winning tag by clicking here!
I first cover the Ranger Tag with a piece of DP from Kaisers Lilac Avenue Paper Pad and then the edges were inked with the same Distressed Ink Pad.
Next the swirl and flowers were stamped using JustRites new Family Garden Stamp set. The bird and bird cage were die cut using Tim Holtz new Mini Bird Cage die set from another piece of DP from the same paper pad.
The background for the bird was stamped from You Inspire me by JustRite. Both were popped up with Dimensionals. Then the Floral Doily was cut with the Vagabond from the new Floral Doily Motif Dies by Spellbinders using the same DP as the bird and cage.
The grass was punched from Martha Stewart's grass punch and ran through the large dots embossing folder by Cuttlebug. The beautiful jewel was taken from one of Prima's new flowers. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Kanban's Moonlight sentiments.
I hope you can join us for this weeks Tag Challenge!\
Here is what you need to do.
You have until Sunday, May 7, 9:00 PM to enter the Tag Challenge. Anything goes. You can make whatever kind of tag you want to make, any color, use any stamp...your own thing. Then once the time ends to enter a tag, the voting will start and will last until Tuesday morning May 10, 6:00 AM.
This is simply a fun thing and something to help you have tags for your gifts or even a tag to send to a friend. I know, I am sure enjoying it!!! I love making tags!
The weekly winner, (the tag with the most votes) will be sent an award badge to post on their blog which will show them as a winner. In June there will be a drawing for a grand prize that will be awarded to one of the weekly winners. Won't it be nice to have a head start on all those tags needed throughout the year! I'm looking forward to seeing all your creations. If you need help in posting your tag, please contact me by email or calling 574 656 3663.
