Card for Challenge

My card for this week's Challenge is very simple without a lot of embellishments on it.  I wanted the message to be the focal point as I am sending it to our Grandson who lives in Ohio.  I tried added other things, but it took away from the impact of the crosses.  Gold cardstock was used for the border and looks gorgeous, but it does not photograph well at all.

Beautiful card, Joan. Some cards are just best left simple, and this is one that packs an impact without a lot of fluff and bling! Great card, my friend, and your grandson will feel special when he receives it! Hugs!

I agree with Patti! The gold sets off the card, I'm sure, and the photo doesn't do it justice! Very nice!

It's gorgeous just the way it is Joan! I know the gold is beautiful... I have made one for this challenge but can't post until Sunday! But I had the same issue with the gold so I understand! Your card is gorgeous! Your grandson will love it and the message comes across loud and clear! Happy Easter!
