Isn't this new Magnolia Secret Tilda #111 the cutest thing? She was colored with Copic markers and then cut out. Webster Pages Santa and Sweet Season paper was used and the Christmas Trees were already on it. Perfect for what I needed. It was applied to a 6x5.5 Neenah Paper.
Tilda was placed on the largest of the new Beaded Oval Nesties which were cut and embossed using a pattern paper from the same Webster Pages paper pack. Both were popped up with a Therm-O-Web Dimensional. The ferns were punched out with my new fern punches 8 times and glue together to give them some body. Diamond Dust was applied using Art Glitter Glue.
A canopy was cut out using Martha Stewart's Icicle Punch and scored twice with Martha Stewart's Score Board so that it would fold properly. Art Glitter glue was applied to the canopy and then Diamond Dust was added and let dry before shaking it off.
When Emma was here for the workshop, she used Diamond Dust for glitter and we all loved it. It is much larger than normal glitter and makes great snow. (I have it in stock now too).
I love small sentiments and the new Merry Christmas is from JustRites new cling stamp set, CL-02025 Sparky and Friends. It seems I always need a smaller sentiment because I end up with too many things on my cards. This one worked perfect!
Red Kaiser Rhinestones were added to the tree for the finishing touch.
Thanks for stopping in to see my card. I hope you have time this week to enter this week's challenge shown below. There are so many beautiful entries. A nice gift is given to one lucky winner each week and then that person is entered in to the year end $100 Gift Certificate.
