Christmas Bag - Project #2

This Christmas Bag was a huge hit Saturday at our Get-Together. Barb Schram was able to attend our last Get-Together in August and she brought me the adorable Christmas Bag (below) she made out of a brown craft bag. I knew right then that I wanted to do something similar for our next Get-Together. As I was shopping for the bags, I found these pretty red lunch bags and decided I would use them for our Project.

The Christmas Bag would BE great for your special gifts this
Christmas Season. Saturday, the gals came up with lots
of different ideas that could be made such as a gardening bag, an Easter Bag and a Valentine Bag, etc.
I would love to hear your ideas too!!!

I had to leave the picture slightly on the dark side so you could see the textured roof. If I lightened it I lost

the details. Please click on the image to enlarge it for a better view.

I used two of the Cuttlebug Embossing Folders Snow Flake for
the roof and Divine Swirl for the Chimney,
Martha Stewart Icicle Punch and JustRite Something
Sweet for the sentiment.

The wreath was cut using my Cricut's Joy of the Season Cartridge
and the flower is from Petaloo. The black door knob is
from Kaiser Craft. The door is textured using the Cuttlebug
Houndstooth embossing folder.

Barb's House - isn't it as cute as can be???

I just loved it and was so tickled when Barb gave it to me.
