Sign's of Fall

This card has all the signs of fall. Sharon's Friday Challenge is Rich Autumn Leaves on the card. I do not have a stamp or punch of a large leaf, so I chose to use JustRite's Autumn Blessing Indian Corn stamp as my focal point.

Copic colors I used

First I cut my 5.5x6.5 card from white cardstock and found a beautiful DP in the Graphic45
Renaissance Fair Paper Pad which had some leaves and a deep rich color. I love the vintage feel of those papers.

Next, I stamped the Indian Corn from the Autumn Blessing Stamp set by JustRite and colored it with my Copic Markers. I cut and embossed the stamped image using the Oval Spellbinder die.
After the image was completely dry, I stamped it with my VersaMark Pad and then I poured
clear embossing powder on top of it and used the heat gun to emboss it. I did this process 3 times. I wish I could have gotten a better picture because it is beautiful IRL. It looks like glass.
GinaK has a great video on how to do this process.

A piece of 4.5x4.5 cream cardstock was ran through the Cuttlebug's Victoria Embossing folder and the Fiscars rounded punch was used on the corners. Next I cut out a 4x4 green cardstock, punch the corners out with the Martha Stewart Corner Leaf punch and scored each side with my Scor-Pal to give it a little more interest. I popped up the stamped image with Therm-o-Web Dimensionals and attached it to the green cardstock.

A piece of silk ribbon was laid on top of the Graphic45 DP and attached underneath with the Glue Glider before gluing the DP to the white Cardstock. I used a small strand of the silk ribbon and tied the ribbon and then attached the bow with Aileens Tacky Glue. After the bow had dried, the DP was glue down with the Glue Glider.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
