These flowers are just beautiful today...right at their peek!
I am told the purple is Globe Campanella, but I am
not sure and can't find anything on the Internet. Anyone????

Clematis. I quit counting at 100 buds. It is just loaded and breath taking!

A close up of the Clematis flower.

I wish you could come to sit with me by my pond today. Everything is so beautiful and the birds
are chirping such beautiful music. Mom and I were sitting out there Sunday evening and a Blue Bird landed on one of the Blue Bird houses. I so hope they come back. I just love them!!!

I have some purple flowers that look quite similar to yours -- they are called Pincushion Flowers here in AZ. The bunny rabbits surely do love them -- they eat the stems and then the beautiful flowers just drop to the ground. Gasp! Your garden is beautiful!

Oh my goodness, your garden looks beautiful. I'm happy for you that you and your mother can enjoy it together. Many of us would give anything to be able to do that. Hugs from Stella

Hi Joan... Your garden is just gorgeous. My clematis hasn't bloomed yet but it is on the verge. I will have to take a picture to post when it does.
Hope all is well with you...

Beautiful!! I used to live close to North Liberty but now reside in NC. Sometimes I long for those Indiana days. I enjoy your blog.

You are so blessed to have such a lovely garden. I don't know that I'd get any stamping done if I were you. I think I'd be sitting with a beverage of choice and just taking it all in. BTW, a a comment from Pat today says she is in AZ like me and grows "Pincushion flowers". I will have to see if it is temperate enough for me to try them. I am smack dab in the desert. At least I do get to enjoy my citrus trees and their fruits. Isn't God amazing! Sorry to have rambled a bit.
