Chives

Wednesday, May 27, 2009

Chives are beautiful when they bloom. The blooms last a long time too. When the flowers start to die, I pinch them off because otherwise, I would have chives all over the place.

We had a rain storm last night with pretty heavy wind and the chives blew over and are almost flat today. I am glad I took the picture before that happened.

The lime green flower next to it is a foam plant. I am really into lime colored flowers. Can't you tell???

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are having some beautiful weather.

I love your garden. I have a feelig that you designed that as well. :) Thank you for sharing the information about both the Chives and the Sedium. I need to buy more plants so I will be putting both of these on my list.

I could dive right into your garden and lose myself there forever. I'd love to see more photos of your koi and lily pads. More, please!
