Quick update

Not much to share this morning about Mel, but one good bit of news is the cat scan results from yesterday showed there has been no additional bleeding. So, we were all thrilled with that report.
Mel is having another cat scan at this very minute. If by Monday, there isn't any additional bleeding, they will start reducing some of the sedation, to see what kind of response they can get from her. She developed a slight fever last night, but it broke on it's own, so the doctors were very please as they do not want to give her any more medication than necessary.

Thank you all for your prayers. I have relayed to the family how wonderful you all have been and all the prayers going up for Mel. We still need that miracle!!!

Thanks so much for the update...checked first thing when I got up in case you had posted last thing last night when I was abed. Praise God for a better report - we will still uphold her in prayer today and as long as it takes. We do pray that Monday will bring this miracle we are fervently praying for.
Take care and love and hugs to you and yours.

Our prayer group is praying!!
Remember that a resurrected Jesus Christ is making intercession for her at the throne of God (Hebrews 7:25).
Thanks for keeping us posted - we feel like family too!

I was referred to your blog from No Time to Stamp and want you to know I am praying for your cousin. My daughter just had a baby boy on Tuesday and has spent the last few days in the NICU with him as the doctors feared he had a serious eye infection. I know the panic and grief that you are experiencing first hand. May God touch this young mother and completely heal her and restore her. Amen.

Joan - you all are still in my prayers. I woke up this morn thinking of and praying for you and Mel and your entire family. I was happy to see even a bit of good news this afternoon when I came home from my grandson's soccer tournament. May Our Lord continue to be at your family's side.
