I will be attending a "Meet the Baby" get together for Dylan (my new great-grandson) soon, so I thought I would get his card designed. I was so excited because I received my new shipment of JustRite stamps which included the Baby Stamp Ensemble. What perfect timing!
I used Martha Stewart's Victorian Punch to make a canopy (do you think I like that look) The dotted paper coordinates with the striped paper. I cut an extra piece to slip under it to give it a little more pizazz. Then I scored it using my Scor-Pal, lifted it up with some double stick tape.
The word Precious was stamped using the Baby Stamp Enesemble from JustRite and then cut and embossed with the Oval Nestie. A blue scallop was cut one size larger than the stamped image. A corner punch from SU was used on the striped paper which then was accented with a blue card stock.
I used SU ribbon punch to attach the polka dot ribbon and tied a small bow for the top. Little blue pearls was added to the top canopy for an accent.
