Ink Blending Tool
Please check out the birthday card I made below and you will see that I distressed the sides of the card, the tag and the monogram with the same ink that I had used to stamped the image. Now you might all laugh at me, but I have never, never been pleased with my distressing technique. It was always splotchy and I was never able to make it look nice.
Well, I had purchased some Ink Blending Tools by Ranger and decided to give one a try and what a difference it made. I thought my distressing turned out great. What do you think?
This little handy dandy tool sells for $4.95 plus shipping. 10 refills are also available for $4.95 plus shipping. I plan to keep a refill for each color that is I use for stamping.
The Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool is an ergonomic, solid wood tool which is ideal for precise application of inks and other craft mediums when an Ink Blending Foam is attached to the base. Create a smooth transition of ink when applied directly to papers, tags, chipboard, die cuts, canvas and more. No more inky fingers when stamping and scrapbooking!
Please e-mail me if you are interested in purchasing one of these handy little tools.
