Cute & Classy

I have met a great group of gals who are members of the Stamp Simply Challenge group. Each Friday Sharon offers a challenge to everyone to make a card with the theme chosen by the group and she features one of the designers of that team. Today’s challenge is to get Cute-n-Classy with JenniB – Jennifer Buck that is, known as JenniB04 over at Splitcoasters where she was just crowned one of the newest Dirty Girls on Monday — way to go Jennifer!!! Check out her Cute-n-Classy photo here.

When I begin to think of what I wanted to make, I thought of this great stamp from Crafty Secrets called Glamour Girls (sale item for Monday). I then found some paper that was perfect to go with my glamour girl and to go with Sharon's theme. As you can see, it says fun, sassy, joyful, happy etc. I tried using it just as a back ground, but that didn't' get it, so I added the swirl floral and I liked that alot. A black velvet ribbon separates the two papers, even though you cannot see much of it. Ribbon and ruffles say to me Cute & Classy, so I added this 1 1/2 inch polka dotted sheer bow. I had room for just a little tag and I thought Girlfriend was just perfect. I popped up both the Glamour Girl and the Girlfriends with some dimensionals. Of course, she had to have a touch of bling, so I added a clear crystal at the bottom of the Glamour Girl.

I will stamp the inside when I get ready to send it. I have a classy friend who has a birthday this month and I think I will send it to her.
